Welcome! Come Join Us!

No requirements to join :) Everyone is welcomed. However there's a few basic expectations/guidelines I expect

people to follow as a participant of HC Sessions. These are also listed with the intent of protecting whoever

comes to sessions.

Be Respectful
Be respectful to all members of HC during HC sessions regardless of any conflicts that arises in/out of HC.

- Everyone has something to offer, please strive to appreciate each other's efforts, avoid making judgements on anyone's

teachings/dance abilities. HC is striving to create an inclusive, safe and supportive environment for everyone.

- If there are any conflicts please resolve the matter outside of HC sessions.

- If someone is talking, please let them finish and minimize interruption.

- If arguments arises during HC sessions, the HC host reserves the right to take actions needed to prevent further worsening

of the situation.

- Before providing feedback to peers, highly recommended to ask for consent prior to sharing your thoughts.

- If you want to record/share videos from HC sessions, remember to ask for consent from people that are present in that video.

Have FUN!

- (Optional but recommended) Learn to love the art of practicing and beauty behind repetition. Sometimes people might not be

as motivated to practice because of repetition and the lack of immediate gratification. However, HC strives to make drills fun, targeted

an practical so have fun! No complaints, just do!

- -

Know What it takes

- (Optional but recommended) Try to show up on time/earlier. The HC host will keep the session going and not revisit content

so seek ways to catch up by yourself if you're late. Showing up in mornings provides an opportunity to exercising your

self-discipline weekly as well.

- (Optional but recommended) Practice the materials we went over in HC sessions at home too. Sometimes the HC host will

assign stuff to work on at home so try to practice it at your own time for maximal gains for yourself.

Questions and Suggestions

- If there are questions/inquiries (which is absolutely welcomed), feel free to bring them up right away.

Depending on the nature of the question, the host of the HC practice will make judgement calls on whether to answer it

on the spot/after practice.

- Suggestions are also welcomed, but please bring it up after session/mention it on the feedback form so

we can maximize practice time.

These are mostly guidelines to follow. These are mostly stated for precaution reasons and to protect everyone.

However, repeated failure (> 3 times)/ severe offense(s) to guideline 1. (Be respectful) may result in the termination

of their opportunity to attend future HC sessions.
