Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Which service option is right for my family?
The best option depends on your goals, availability, and the level of support you're looking for.
BCBA-Only
Early childhood is an important time for learning and development (Everyone will only be 2 years old once!). Starting intensive support with a BCBA regularly will help children catch critical development milestone and learn before it gets more challenging as they age.
BCBA + Behaviour Interventionist (BI) Support
If you'd like regular, more affordable direct support for your child at home, school, or in the community, BCBA + BI services may be the best option. I will develop individualized programs, train the BI, and provide ongoing supervision to help ensure consistent implementation.
Parent Coaching
If you'd like to learn strategies you can use yourself to support your child's development, parent coaching may be a great fit. I will teach you practical, evidence-based strategies that can be incorporated into everyday routines, helping you become more confident and independent in supporting your child.
School Consultation
If everything is going well at home, but your child is struggling at school. This option could be a great fit. I can collaborate with the school team to come up with strategies to support your child at school.

No. Autism Funding is not required to begin services. Families are welcome to access services privately, although funding can help offset costs if available.

No. A formal diagnosis is not required to begin services. Support can start based on your child's needs, strengths, and goals, regardless of whether they have received any form of diagnosis.

I work with individuals of all ages. However, my primary area of focus and experience is supporting children under 6 years old.

The Meet & Greet session is a 60 minutes session which includes:
• 30 minutes of play-based interaction with your child so you can see how we connect and work together

This is a great opportunity to determine whether we are a good fit for one another.
